24H Organic Ceremonial Matcha
High in the volcanic hills of Kagoshima, on Japan's southern edge, tea has been grown the same patient way for generations. It's here, on small family farms shaded from the sun in the weeks before harvest, that our organic ceremonial matcha begins its life — a practice unchanged since it was first brought to Japan by Zen monks centuries ago.
Only the youngest, most tender leaves are hand-selected, then stone-ground slowly to a fine, vivid jade powder — a method that preserves the delicate sweetness and umami depth the region is prized for. The result is a matcha that whisks into a silky, vibrant bowl with a taste that's smooth and rounded, never bitter: notes of fresh grass and a lingering natural sweetness that unfolds with every sip.
This is matcha the way it was always meant to be experienced — not rushed, not mass-produced, but grown with care, prepared with intention, and shared as a moment of stillness in your day.
